Luna is a lovely, intelligent female from the last breeding of our foundation sire and dam Touché x Rush in 2010. She was initially trained and titled by our former kennel manager Sarah Zipp. This was Sarah’s first competition dog, and she certainly started out in a big way!
Luna is the UKC’s first Dutch Shepherd GRAND Champion “Super Dog”, qualifying as such by earning titles in each of the following five UKC all-breed events: agility, conformation, obedience, rally obedience and weight pull.
On the day Luna earned her Grand Championship, she was also awarded RESERVE BEST in MULTI BREED SHOW. Her successful conformation showings resulted in her finishing the year ranked the #1 Dutch Shepherd in the country for 2012!
Luna has resided with theJohnson family since 2014 and shares the household with four other dogs... two of which are her own sons! Luna is currently competing in Rally Obedience, Dock Jumping and Nosework (owner/handled by Charlie Johnson) and with the addition of her nosework titles, she became the FIRST dog (of ANY breed) titled in every UKC event open to all-breed competition (conformation, obedience, agility, rally, weight pull, lure coursing, dock jumping and nosework).

Luna earned recognition from the Dutch Shepherd Dog Club of America as a Titanium Register of Merit dam. The Register of Merit (ROM) program was established to acknowledge the contribution of outstanding Dutch Shepherd Sires and Dams in proven ability to produce working aptness and versatility in their UKC registered offspring.
Luna is currently ranked the Number 4 Dutch Shepherd dam in the world by virtue of her progeny earning 81 UKC titles to date with 79 of those titles in performance venues.
Luna's last litter included 6 puppies purchased for Police Service.
